Subdomains and TIC page-rang

Subdomain (subdomain) is the secondary name of the site (or part of the main site), which is located in the domain zone of the main site. Simply put, a subdomain is a third-level domain of the form:
For example, the main domain of the 2nd level is located in the zone ru site .ru
The subdomain to it will be a domain of the 3rd level:

Why do I need a subdomain.
Creating a subdomain is almost always free. By registering one domain name, you can place many sites in its zone. As much as the host disk space allows. Sometimes, when a site has several sections that are large enough in volume, it is also convenient to use subdomains.

A subdomain is a human-readable name for the user.
Keyword for domain name search engines
The link to the site will also be with a keyword in the url name.

Create Subdomains
If you have a paid hosting, then, as a rule, you can create an unlimited number of subdomains. To do this, in the control panel you need to check the box next to the word subdomain (subdomain, subdomain), enter its name and click ok. The complexity of the actions is about this order or something like this (the hoster has specific instructions on how to do this on your hosting).
After that, a folder with the name of the subdomain is created in the directory where your site is located.
In this case, the subdomain can be accessed both by the name, and by / subdomain.

Subdomain or all the same folders
What is in the folder will always be considered as part of the site. With subdomains there is no such unambiguity. This is perceived by some systems as a section of the site, by others – as a separate site.
For example, in Yandex – if the subdomain is registered in the Yandex catalog (UC) – this is a separate site, if not, then either as a section of the site or as a separate site. Most often, when indexing a site with subdomains that are not registered in the UC, Yandex will say that the pages are indexed — pages of the site + pages of subdomains, but their faces can be different, as if they were different sites. If the subjects of the site and subdomains are completely different, most likely Yandex will not consider them as one site.

Google does not separate the subdomain and domain, i.e. sees everything as one site.

With a free hosting of third-level domain names, the situation is somewhat different. They declare themselves as a hosting system, and sites that are registered on such a hosting are uniquely identified by search engines as separate sites.

How do search engines relate to subdomains?
Will they consider subdomains and the main site as different sites or one?
If these are different sites, will TIC be transferred from subdomains to the main domain.
Google will not display both domain and subdomain on a single request. Therefore, if you really create subdomains, then sharpened by other keywords or just another topic.
TIC for subdomains and the main site may be different.
Search engine links are unlikely to find links from subdomains to the main site external. Moreover, if for the transfer of TIC (PR) you still refer from subdomains to a domain, then search engines can consider this as search spam. With linking here you need accuracy.

However, there is an opinion that the TIC of subdomains is redirected to the TIC of the main domain, even without linking. That is, a run through the subdomain directories (or another extension of the tic) allows you to increase the TIC of the main site. Here you can experiment.

The subdomain was banned
Another exciting question is, if, after daring experiments, the subdomain is banned, does the domain and other subdomains fall into the ban?

There is no exact answer here. It all depends on whether a particular search engine considers this whole design to be one site, or different. If he considers everything as one site, he will ban everything.

Subdomains and link sales
If you use subdomains as sections of a site, then glanders will consider them as separate sites and, accordingly, consider links to them external. And the more external links on the page, the less attractive this page is in terms of sales. Yes, and it will be possible to sell links only from one domain name. And subdomains, according to glanders, will have a different domain name.
